Terms of Service

Orders and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. Online orders are a reservation request; the sale is confirmed once we verify stock and message you.
Payments and EMI
Payment options include UPI, cards, net banking, cash in store and EMI. EMI approval is granted by the partner bank, not by Gujarat Mobile.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery timelines are estimates. Reserved items are held for 24 hours at the chosen showroom unless you tell us otherwise.
Returns
Sealed, unactivated products may be returned within 7 days with the invoice and complete packaging. Activated devices follow manufacturer replacement policy.
Repairs
Repair estimates are provided before work begins. Devices left uncollected for more than 90 days after completion may attract storage charges.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the product or service concerned. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Valsad, Gujarat.
