What does the 6-month service warranty cover?

Parts fitted by our bench — displays, batteries and connectors — are covered for six months against fitment or component failure. Physical and liquid damage after collection is excluded.

Can I return a device after purchase?

Sealed, unactivated products can be returned within 7 days with the original invoice and packaging. Activated devices follow the manufacturer's replacement policy for manufacturing defects.

Unopened accessories can be returned within 14 days. Screen protectors applied in store are covered by a one-time free reapplication instead.

We run a 32-point check on screen, battery health, body and functionality. The quote is generated in store and is valid for 48 hours.

What documents do I need to exchange?

The device, its charger if available, your ID proof and the original bill or box if you still have it. Bills are not mandatory but improve the quote.

HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, Kotak, IndusInd, Yes Bank, IDFC First, Federal, RBL, Standard Chartered, HSBC, AU Small Finance and Bank of Baroda credit cards, plus cardless options.

Is no-cost EMI really zero interest?

The interest for the chosen tenure is pre-discounted from the product price, so your total outgo equals the sticker price. GST on interest, where applicable, is shown before you sign.

Do I need an appointment for repairs?

Walk-ins are welcome, but booking a slot online guarantees a technician is free and usually reduces the wait to under fifteen minutes.

Will my data be safe during a repair?

We recommend a backup before handover. For most screen and battery jobs data is untouched, and our bench never accesses personal storage without written consent.

Can I reserve a product for store pickup?

Yes. Place the order online and choose your preferred showroom — we hold the unit for 24 hours and message you when it is ready.

What if a colour or variant is out of stock?
