What we collect
We collect the details you give us: name, phone number, email, delivery address, device details for repairs or exchange, and invoice records required under GST law.
How we use it
Your information is used to fulfil orders, book and track repairs, register warranties with manufacturers, and send service updates. We do not sell customer data.
Sharing
Details are shared only with the parties needed to complete your request — courier partners for delivery, manufacturers for warranty claims, and finance partners when you choose EMI.
Retention
Invoices and warranty records are kept for the statutory period. Repair records are retained for the duration of the six-month service warranty and then archived.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct your details, unsubscribe from marketing messages, or request deletion of records we are not legally required to retain, by writing to care@gujaratmobile.in.
Cookies
Our website stores your cart, wishlist and recent views in your browser only. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
